Had a wonderful experience! They came out to service our doors and repair a spring. Chris and Matt were so personable and friendly. They were professional and courteous. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I can’t tell you how many times we have called Clark and Sons and they have been so prompt and so excellent their jobs. We have one rollup door that is essential to our business and they take that into account at Clark and Sons and make sure we got immediate service and the service is excellent. They are beyond 5 stars

I went to go to grocery store but my garage door wouldn't open! There was a cable hanging loosely so I knew it was not something I could fix myself. I called Clark and Sons on a Friday afternoon. She apologized that they would not be able to come that day (I live an hour away from Salisbury and was not even expecting service that quickly!).. Of course, the great snow storm of 2026 hit that weekend and we needed to reschedule. The young lady on the phone was very helpful. Cris and Matt showed up on time. They figured out the problem quickly and fixed the door. In addition they checked over the automatic door operation and tweaked where needed plus did the same for our second garage door. Great service!! Would not hesitate to recommend.

Clark and Sons was extremely responsive when our garage door needed work. They were able to come out and provide a temporary fix so that we can use the garage door until we order a new one. Employees were professional, on time, and did a great job. Highly recommend. Gentle

The office manager was great on the phone. She was able to get me someone that afternoon to help with my crooked door. The tech was great he was able to get it back in track and he serviced it and I am set for another 1000 miles. Thanks Clark and Sons for the great timely service.
