After receiving an email that this company was scheduled to service my refrigerator from my home warranty, I called them and gotten no response, even with a voicemail. Although I did have a out of state number, I did clarify I do live in Mississippi. Given the following day was a holiday, I called, left a voicemail and texted the day after. According to the hours, they're available 24 hours. Still no response. The day of the appointment, between 7am to 11am was the scheduled time frame. I called, no response. I left a voicemail.
