Clark's used to be the best..I've had them for almost a decade.. Then, they merged with Orkin and I was no longer able to call the local office, but instead, some centralized call center. I have to call 5 or 6 times, listening to the same upsell robot message over and over until I feel like I'm losing my sanity. There is no option for a call back, either take it, or do without. Then, any great technician either gets promoted or moved. Back in the day I had such a wonderful tech, but since then it's a revolving door . My new tech actually said to me regarding a wasp nest, " if I didn't harm them, they won't harm me" what does that mean? That I should leave it? Turn my house into a wasp hotel? You don't want to remove it? Unsure what this means. As I write this I'm on my 6th call trying to

Worst company. The sales man lies to you, and then ignores you when he isn't willing to fix what he lied about. The first technician didn't do his job at all, had webs everywhere after he left, had bugs everywhere and wasp nest. 2nd technician did better still had webs but the wasp next was gone at least and I saw that he actually sprayed outside unlike the first guy. Office staff isn't any better they double charged me!

Pushy door to door salesman ignored my no soliciting sign with a story about how they are doing a big job across the street because roaches are coming up out of the storm drains and sewer and they would need to park their trucks out front in my neighborhood while they do it. There never was a job or any trucks. Turns out other neighbors heard them fabricating this story when they started their route. Hopefully more reviews like this will stop them from these super annoying practices.
