Clark Pest Control

They get a second star because their rodent service was excellent. However, when that was finished and we had them for a spray only service, they dropped the ball from the communication perspective. They'd show up without the call before hand. i was supposed to get a call the day before and then they'd just show up without warning. They didn't complete the entire service multiple times. If you need to have a call before service, Clark isn't for you. They will not do it, even after you call and ask for it multiple times.

So far this has been a horrible experiance and I am super new to Clark. I signed up with them and the guys wrote my cc number down and then they called me for payment. Not sure what happened there. I let that go and they scheduled my initial follow up appointment for me. I am sitting here waiting and waiting because they never gave me a window of when the tech would show up. I have called and was on hold for 30 min. I hung up and called back and was on hold the same time. I called back and signed up the call back when it was my turn. over 30 min has past and nothing. I have text messaged the girl from the phone she called from yesterday when her headset died so she called me back for my cc information. She has not answered my text. Clark has really nice people working for them. Today, Daniel Soulinho serviced our home and exceeded expectations. Very friendly and helpful!

Clark purchased the pest control company I was happy with for years and service has gone downhill ever since. It is a process just to see what time they will be at the house for service every month and then half the time they don't even show up in the window they provide. While some of the technicians are very kind, some are very rude if you ask them any questions. I plan to change pest control companies as soon as I have the time to research alternatives. I wish the local company wouldn't have sold themselves to Clark because it's been awful (and EXPENSIVE, too!)

Do not hire Clark Pest Control!!! They are horrible to deal with. No matter what time it is, during their open business hours, I waited a minimum of 48 minutes to speak with someone. Then that person said I needed to speak with someone in another department and I waited on hold again. When I was finally fed up with them and I wanted to cancel my service I was told there wasn't anyone in the canceling department and someone would call me the next day. So, today I called at 7:30 am. and when they started the run around with me again I said no and I would hold until I got to speak with a supervisor. After holding again a supervisor came on and said he would cancel my service. I asked him to send me some kind of proof that I canceled the service and he said he didn't have an offici
