If you’re looking for honesty, integrity and understanding call and ask for David A. I believe he’s the quality/control manager. I’ve used their service for many years and he’s always available for whatever needs you need taken care of.

We had Kellogg for years until we. really needed help. I KNEW MORE ABOUT THE PROBLEM THAN THEY DID. They sent out Harrison to sleuth the problem. I was very upset and showed him areas of concern. He said nothing, not even a guess. I asked him where we went from here. He said "the Inspector". I asked when that would be and he said "next week". It NEVER happened.

Staff are very helpful. The agent who comes to our house if friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We have been with CLARK for several years and our happy with the service we receive from them.

I had a frustrating billing situation and while trying to resolve it with David, the supervisor, I was impatient and regrettably rude. David decided to go above and beyond to win me back as a customer. He came out the next day to service my property himself. He was very gracious, friendly, and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the level of customer service I received even when I didn’t necessarily deserve it. Thanks so much David!
