Fantastic! I reached out to the service center & made an appt within days. She was great. They have a convenient text where you can track when the apptnis and then when the service person is near making the window of arrival transparent. The BEST technician showed up for initial diagnosis (Spencer) and then a week later for the repair when the parts came in. Spencer was curteous, knowledgeable and professional. He was gracious to let my kitten and dog into his workspace to 'help'. I highly recommend Clark and of course Spencer. Great combo. I have a Wolf dual fuel range - 4.5 years old so some parts were under warranty.

The service person Tony was exceptional. He was friendly, professional and quite knowledgeable. He was here for the appointment early, diagnosed the issue and had our new steam oven working reasonably quickly. Scheduling the appointment with Clarke was quite easy and dates offered were very quick. I would strongly recommend Clarke's service to anyone using their products. Our product was under warranty so there was no charge for the visit.

We had an excellent experience using Clarke Customer Care for our Wolf stove. Wolf reached out to schedule an appointment and within 30 mins I was contacted. They were able to schedule a technician to come out in 2 days who was very professional and courteous. He diagnosed the issue and had the parts in hand to fix our issue on the spot. I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience with the staff at Clarke regarding an issue with my reliable but aging Sub-Zero refrigerator. I was able to schedule an appointment much sooner than I expected, and the service technician that was assigned was friendly, professional, and totally qualified to diagnose the problem and complete the repair in a timely manner. I will definitely call on the folks at Clarke again for my appliance needs. Five Stars from Cape Cod!

Clarke customer care is excellent. I was blown away by their responsiveness, tracking software when the tech will arrive and friendly customer service. My tech Steve was professional, courteous and most important of all, extremely smart and immediately fixed the problems. I would recommend for anyone that has wolf, subzero products!
