Had a great experience with Clark’s Heating, Air and Plumbing today. Reece was the technician who came out and he was excellent. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my AC system and the options to address it. I really appreciated how thorough he was and how easy he made everything to understand. It’s always nice working with a local company that takes pride in their work and treats customers well. Our technician, James, was outstanding. Clark’s was able to get us on the schedule quickly right before an ice storm, and James went above and beyond to make sure our system was repaired in time. The needed part was located in Marietta, and James drove there and returned the same day to install it. His communication throughout the process was excellent, and his dedication truly impressed us. We use Clark’s for our biannual system maintenance and are always pleased. Clark’s continues to set the bar for service, professionalism and reliability. We’re very grateful and highly recommend them!

The technicians arrived on schedule, introduced themselves, and explained what they were to do. Promptly began work on the attic and outside equipment. When finished, they asked if I had any questions or other requests. Johnny helped me set up remote capabilities through the app and took time to help me understand how it works. It’s Super Bowl Sunday and we had a few projects to do… one was to add shelves to our pantry, made a plan and began to execute it, but then disaster! During our attempt to mount a bracket, we drilled into our hot water line!! Ughhh!!! Water everywhere. Shut off the water valve to stop the flood and called on Clark’s! It’s Super Bowl Sunday and Charles responded without delay, problem repaired from damage to repair within a couple of hours! After hours and repaired immediately and the price was half of what I expected! Charles did an amazing job !!! Friendly, professional and an excellent representation of the Clark’s brand!!! We have used Clark's Heating and Air for 9 years and continue to be extremely happy with this HVAC company! Tom has always been very thorough and has helped us with emergency issues. More recently, Reece, Joseph, Brian, and Alex were excellent in diagnosing a dangerous crack in our furnace's heat exchanger, guiding us in how best to resolve the issue and prevent it from happening in the future, and in installing our new furnace.
