Clark's Heating and Air

They came out the morning we called them to fix our broken water pipe under our kitchen sink. It was a tricky fix, being behind the dry wall and cabinets. Charles was great and easy to work with. Most importantly, he fixed the issue all in one visit. I highly recommend them! We’re are even having them return to replace our water heater!

Ronnie is a credit to his profession. He was honest, and open throughout the inspection. Explaining everything he was checking, and why. And was able to answer all my questions. Was up front with cost. Very comfortable experience all around. Identified the problem got us up, and running. I would highly recommend Ronnie to any of my family, or friends. Feeling they were in good hands.

Dustin was amazing! He was very patient with my lack of knowledge and carefully explained everything he did in a way that I could understand it. He was very helpful and told me what he thought I needed for my unit without adding on a lot of things that I didn’t need. Overall a great experience and I look forward to working with Dustin in the future!

Very surprised that I got to see a technician today. He was very nice, courteous and friendly. He wore booties to make sure he didn’t track in any dirt or water. He took pictures of everything to show me. Thank goodness it was a simple fix!

Ron Phillips of Clark’s Heating and Air came to our rescue after we experienced trouble with lack of heat after the ice storm. He was able to quickly determine the problem and had the heat working in less than an hour. Ron was very professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant. All repairs were covered by warranty.
