Northeast Georgia Exterminating Company

Technician came to our house, I wasn’t home. He claimed to have have sprayed and treated the entire property, outside of house, and the crawlspace. That would've been fine. Except, our 3 cameras on the property showed him knocking on door and then leaving. He was on the property for less then 5 minutes. The technician took his claim to the office and the office wanted to charge us for it. We've contacted the office 3 times and all 3 times, they've told us they would take care of this. Now, we receive a letter that says they're sending the charge to a debt collector. No service = no debt. And the deception is outrageous.

A wonderful company ! Austin called ahead to let me know he wss on his way -courteous. He was here at my appt time. He was very friendly and put me at ease (first time.been here) He was thorough, knowledgeable, and went over and above the usual spray inside and outside. He checked my attic and went outside and looked at attic vents etc to see if possible signs of bats, etc. The payment was very easy-everything electronic now. Great experience and excellent young man that i would recommend to anyone.
