Johnny came out and checked my furnace and replaced my filter. Did an amazing job! He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. Explained exactly the condition of my furnace and provided his recommendations. Answered all of my questions, very patient and set me up with an appointment for new equipment. Kudos, great job! Thanks!!

Johnny was very professional and did a great job explaining what was wrong with my furnance. He was able to order the part, left my house to pick up the part and fixed the issue the same day. I will use him again. I believe to the best of my ability he was honest. I was told by a friend I could’ve gotten the job done for $500.00. I don’t blame Johnny for jacking up the price, I believe it’s companies as a whole who’s charging too much money.

I was so impressed by the service I received today and Johnny knew so much. It learnt a lot today. Fast friendly and got me up and running. Clark’s is a awesome company.Highly recommend.

We love Tom!! He’s been our tech for a while now so it’s nice having someone you are familiar with instead of a new person in and out every time. He’s always been super nice and anytime there is anything needed he gives details instead of just spouting off things. He’s time efficient, which helps since we are often running on go, and even loves on our dog while he’s here.

On Thanksgiving Day our heat went out. Reece came to our home on Friday to inspect our system. We were told we needed a new heat pump due to several issues. Josh came later that day to do a detailed inspection and to discuss our options. He explained that we needed to replace the heat pump system and the duct work. He showed us photographic evidence as to why that was the case. He went over our finance options. We picked the option that met our budgetary needs. On Tuesday, a crew of 6 techs, headed by Tim, showed up at our home to remove the old system and install the new system.
