Calling the company I spoke with Destiny because I had a question, she worked with me and was so polite. Then Mr. Trent came to do the service on my house. He educated me on certain things that could happened to my house (even though it wasn’t going on). At least I know what to be on the lookout for. Now, not only do I have the Extermination service I now have enrolled in the pest control service as well. Thanks Northwest for having such good people in your establishment, they made everything a good experience for me!!!!

Great service and very quick to respond. Prices are reasonable and their staff is great. They also got rid of a hornets nest on short notice right before a family gathering. I will continue working with them and recommend them.

A house guest unknowingly brought BED BUGS in his borrowed luggage when visiting. I interviewed several exterminating companies and I am so thankful God led me to this company. They used both Alpine insecticide plus Aprehend fungal to treat my house. They stand by their warranty and have been out several times to totally eradicate these pests.
