Class-Act Outdoor Furnace

A year ago this October I purchased a Central Boiler 550 Edge model from Dewayne. I compared many models and decided to go with Class Act because of the time he spent with me and his knowledge. What a blessing it was. Being a rookie Dewayne took the time and answered all my questions throughout the heating season. He was available at all times and you never got a wrong answer from him. My house sits at a comfortable 73 degrees all winter and I don't worry. He is as good as you could get when it comes to someone representing a retail product. Edit: I upgraded to the 760 this last year because I am adding more sq ft to my heating needs. Dewayne again took great care of me and his service is still exceptional!

Duane has always been a Great person dealing with problems and solutions with my boiler CL6048, I should have gave him a 5 star rating about 16 years ago, I really don't trust any other dealer

Helpful in making the sale, but after the sale is completed, Duane doesn't stand behind his parts, or their warranties. Central Boiler knows this but still doesn't help. Had to get BBB involved for a simple pump warranty that Taco pre-approved. Highly advise to look elsewhere and shop other brands. Central Boiler is not the only game in town anymore.
