We recently used Precision Utilities for a dumpster rental. The jobsite they delivered to was extremely busy, with a busy street and traffic in and out of the site. The truck driver dropping off the dumpster was patient and respectful while waiting for the right opportunity to drop the dumpster, and worked quickly while he had an opening to drop off the dumpster. The entire process was very professional and easy to deal with, starting with the initial phone call. This is oftentimes not the case with other dumpster rental companies - I would highly recommend Precision Utilities for this and other services.

I had a water service line under my driveway burst while I was in Europe. Dan was so kind and accommodating and was able to get the work done with less than a day's notice.

These people are great. They graded our new development recently and I was quite impressed with their operation. My home's deck needed a lot of grading underneath it and they actually built a special attachment to get the dirt under there and grade it. (My deck is too low for a person or bobcat to get under there.) I spoke with both Kyle and Sam with my questions and they were attentive, professional and personable -which in my opinion is extraordinary, especially since they had a dozen other yards to grade. Even though they were very busy, they took time to make sure residents expectations were being met. I'm glad our developer hired RC in Montrose to take care of our yards.
