Today, I was involved in a hit and run accident with this company’s vehicle rear-ending me and damaging my bumper. Seeing as I’m not the only victim, it is clear that whoever is driving these company cars lacks responsibility and human decency. If these drivers can't value human life on the road, I am sure they could care less about providing you with good AC service. If you see their company car, please stay away for your own safety. License plate is HSMQ97.

This week while I was driving my child to school, I was subjected to extremely dangerous behavior by this company driver. He attempted to force me off the road in aggressive manner, putting both my safety and my child’s safety at serious risk. What a lack of professionalism displayed by the driver. It’s alarming to see that a reviews from six years ago mentioned that same dangerous behavior. It makes me wonder how many accidents this driver has caused. Be aware of this white van!

The workers are superb, they do great job, but the owner or dispatcher ( Paul) is something else. Never keeps appointment, promise to call back and never does. He just screwed up three full days on us, he does not have any apology for the mess he created too neither he's remorseful for it . Bad business

We have been using them for a very long time. Their customer service and service technicians have started going downhill.

Not sure about their AC work, but one of their employees ran me off the road, it kind of reflects poorly.
