I had recently wrote a negative review due to a bad experience I had with one of the stylists that colored my hair at this Salon. Immediately after writing the review the manager MaryAnn reached out to me to see what I needed to make my hair and experience better. MaryAnn was truly compassionate and professional in helping make the hair corrections I needed. It was so reassuring to know that I was in Great hands with MaryAnn, Lorraine and Debbie. Honestly, these stylists were truly understanding and wonderful . My hair now is much healthier and the color is so much better. So, I take back my one star and give 5 Stars back thanks to MaryAnn for helping to make it possible for my hair to look and feel amazing again 😊

I had called for a clean and unfortunately my landlord requested that I cancel it. The person who answered the phone (I’m sure the owner) yelled at me and hung up the phone on me. I can’t help it if the person who owns the property changed their mind and I really don’t appreciate being hung up on. My landlord would have called to book when she was ready but I can tell you she won’t be now. You lost business.
