Classic Cleanouts

We had an outstanding experience with Classic Cleanouts last week. The 4 guys were extremely professional, efficient, hardworking and were careful to not knick or damage any walls or hard wood floors as they were moving large pieces of furniture. The communication with the office staff and with the guys about their arrival was great. I highly recommend them and will hire them again if we have a need.

Well, I found out why the dumpster rental was cheaper than all the others. The contract states that I had a 21 day rental, and if I wanted to keep it longer, I would need to call the office and let them know that I authorized them to charge me $15/day extra. Any logical person would know that means they would automatically pick it up on the 21st day, right? Nope. They let the dumpster sit there. If I had to call to get it picked up in the first place, I obviously would have. I called twice to get it picked up, both times they said they would speak to someone and call me right back, and I was blown off both times. It finally got picked up (I at least got a text an hour before to let me know) then I quickly get emailed an invoice for an additional week of use that I didn't want, and an overw

Mario and Norm from Classic Cleanouts did a great job removing several large and unwanted items from our house and garage. They came prepared with the right tools to dismantle the equipment and move it out of the house seamlessly. Plus, they were upfront with the pricing-no surprises.
