FaceTime I walked in classic collision. They were professional the process the front desk, lady she was wonderful explaining every detail to step-by-step and Eddie was in charge of the insurance, not this guy ever met he was above and beyond and the process of my repair is claiming every detail I do limit survey. They had my car done in no time on the repairs I just had just be home relax, you took every detail took every take care of everything. From the time Theresa connected with me to let me know the tow company had delivered my car to the great job Eddie did in assessing the accident damage, ordering the parts, getting the repairs made, we were grateful to have our car in Classic Collision's care. It was hard enough having to deal with the accident... but being 6 hours from home and on vacation when it happened added to the stress. Theresa and Eddie empathized with us and we felt like they really cared. Thank you!!

Did fine on repairs, cleaned the entire inside which was not necessary, so obviously appreciate… but the damage was to the left passenger side and suspension. They removed my practically brand new HID headlights and fog lights and put in stock crap yellow lights. I have a hard time seeing at night so that was a fun surprise. Calling first thing Monday to get those back! Communication wasn’t the best, the other shop they had to take it to, did not give them, or myself ANY information on the damages and did not properly communicate with insurance. I had to do a lot of my own work to get this figure out. Already annoyed because the collision itself was a hit and run. Not the best experience

Customer service was very polite and professional to work with. Vehicle repair was three days past the scheduled pickup time due to a part arriving late. Probably due to Holiday shipping overload. Was notified by text that it would be later but was not informed why until I called. All in all we were very satisfied with the repairs so far. Just a tad more communication would have been nice.
