The crew came out and did the garage floor of my new house and it looks stunning. Very professional, and straight forward pricing. We just had Nick and team stain and finish our single car garage floor, outside front entry and sidewalk. They did an outstanding job! They took the time to come out and test the color samples as well as what the result would look like when the finish coat would be applied. The finishing product is more important than the stain part as you really need to know how your concrete will react to the chemicals. (we found that out prior to Nick the hard way). We highly recommend Classic Concrete. They were on time, extremely courteous, cleaned up when done and in general great guys to work with. Amazing!!! The entire process was outstanding! From Jeff coming onsite to talk to us about the process and purchase. Jeff was very thorough and very kind. The installation with G and Frank, can’t say enough. These guys were GREAT!! Kept me informed on every step of the process, what they were doing and how long it would take. TL;DR: Selecting an alternative provider is strongly recommended. This company is capable of producing a quality floor, but after payment, professionalism and accountability are inconsistent. Resolving issues required repeated escalation and unnecessary conflict. The final product does not justify the experience. It is possible to obtain a good-quality floor from this company, but doing so required far more effort than should be expected. Customers should be prepared for persistent follow-up, escalation, and poor communication. Given the number of similar providers in the DFW area, I would strongly recommend considering alternatives.
