Brian made the decision easy by walking us through some of his past builds, letting us look at previous designs and setting us up with the designer to develop our dream home. Throughout the building process, there were some minor hiccups that prolonged the original timeline. Without a doubt one of the best builders nor just in Stark county but I would say in Ohio! Brian and his team are very passionate about what they do but most importantly they are honest and truthful about the process. They will listen to a customer’s individual preferences but most importantly they will be patient and supportive throughout the entire process, some much appreciated from a first time home builder. They strive for only the best material, top quality workers, and features to ensure the home not only fits a customer’s vision but also that the property has great resale value for the future.
