Don was great! Great communicating. Updated me when he hit traffic and might be a few mins late. Stated the job would take an hour and it took about an hour. Arrived and got straight to work. He even made minor adjustments to the garage door opener motion sensors. Door is much quieter now, too.

Don is great. Found time to come out and do a torsion spring replacement the day after I called him. Said he remembered installing my door from 15 years ago (for previous owners). The guy knows what he's doing. Fair price as well.

Don Saved Me Thousands! Don saved me from a garage company that almost charged me thousands! Our garage door started closing while the car was backing in, and my partner tried to fix it by realigning it himself, but ended up making things worse. Unfortunately, it was after 4 PM, and Don was already off the clock. We called another garage company, and they came that evening, claiming we needed to replace the entire system—machine, torsion springs, and a complete rebuild—all for $3,300! Thankfully, Don called me back the next morning and came over to check the garage. He was shocked that the other company recommended such extensive repairs when none of that was necessary! Don fixed the issue without replacing anything, and it only cost us a couple hundred dollars. I’m surprised he doesn’t
