I hired Classic Kitchens of Virginia for a kitchen remodel and, while the initial presentation was polished, my experience fell short of expectations. One major issue was pricing — the final cost ended up significantly exceeding the original estimate, with multiple unexpected add-ons that weren’t clearly communicated at the outset. Beyond the financial surprises, I was disappointed by a lack of attention to detail throughout the project by Tom specifically as he was our design consultant. Several elements of the remodel required follow-up or correction due to oversights that should have been caught during installation. Classic Kitchens remodeled our kitchen dining room and living room area. Tom Holton is an excellent designer. From the very beginning everything is explained to you and you are given dates that's different things will happen. All of the workers were very professional and I would leave them in my home any time. It is a reason that it is called Classic Kitchens. My friends were floored with the in results it is beautiful my wife is so happy. If you want your kitchen to really be a kitchen. Classic Kitchens is the one!

Tom Holton just completed a renovation of 2 of our bathrooms this week. It was just a small job, but Tom covered every part like it was a whole house makeover. His creativity, attention to detail, and sensitivity to our concerns is impeccable. We chose CKV again because Tom did such a great job on our kitchen a few years back. I would not hesitate to call on Tom again.

We just finished kitchen, bathroom, closet remodel with Michael Oley at Classic Kitchens Of Virginia. Michael is an excellent designer, sharing ideas, listening to our concerns and bringing creativity and patience. Michael's attention to detail was greatly appreciated.
