Classic Pools

Giving 1 star only because I can't give zero. We chose Classic Pools to remodel our pool and spa in 2018. They had good reviews online at the time. We had multiple problems once they started working. Too many issues to list them all here, but the highlights include: poor waterline and stair tile installation - crooked lines and grout started cracking within a few months - I had to request that they chip out the stair tiles and then replace - this left damage to the pebble that was not repaired. They forgot to install the popups in the bottom before filling the pool - then blamed us for not reminding them to install them - they dug out the pebble around the popups and did not repair it. This company is great!! Very professional office staff. Hiring new motivated employees like Ashley, Jeff. If lucky Shawn will clean your pools. He is amazing.

This company does not back any of their work. The pool plaster cracked six months before the warranty expired. He came out to look at and said he would call to let me know when it could be scheduled and never did. I left several messages for him but was ghosted so he wouldn’t have to do the repair. When there is a problem with something they have done that is supposed to be covered under warranty they do not return phone calls.

Jim is a Great Owner and he has repaired and restored 2 pools for me. His workers are respectful and they clean up after all work. I tell all my friends to use them. YOU SHOUD TOO

A year and a half after tile installation, their falling off. Tried to get a call back to have the problem scheduled and resolved. No one has called back. Very disappointed
