Katelynn was fantastic! She came into out home respectfully. She was patient with questions and gave well informed and thorough answers. She checked our unit thoroughly. She provided estimates when asked and gave explanations for each recommendation. When I am ready to move ahead, I will ask specifically for Katelynn. I hope she stays with the company long-term because if she does, then I know I will have a reliable source of assistance in the future.

I had a problem with my heat pump. The service company that had been the seasonal maintenance contract came out and diagnosed a compressor problem. They presented options from compressor replacement, to full unit replacement ($5800 to $17000). Obviously, a second opinion was going to be needed. Classic sent Brandon to look at the problem. I watch him perform the exact same checks in the wiring and external pressures and power loads as the previous contractor. Exactly the same. Brandon came to a different conclusion. Long story, short. He fixed it. I paid a very reasonable service fee and immediately bought a two service maintenance contract. For my home, Classic has my business going forward.

I enjoyed my experience with Classic. Easy to get connected with a person, it was easy to schedule, and they were timely in coming to help. Zack was my technician and he was professional, helpful, and informative! He helped empower me to make informed decisions about my unit and home. I did the maintenance plan and look forward to having them come out and maintenance again!

The tech that we had come out was very professional. He took his time to check and even “clean up” the untidiness left behind by the builders. He told me exactly how my unit looked and what may or may not need to be attended to in the future. Price was explained as well as a great offer on a maintenance plan. Great experience!!

I live in Tomball and my elderly mother is in her home in New Braunfels so I have to trust a company I've never used and can't physically meet the person going to her home. Classic's tech called me and told me everything he needed to do and was very professional and timely. Her heat is back on again and we will be using Classic for all our future ac/heating needs.
