This is my first house in Florida, and I had no idea how quickly it was going to get moldy. We do have a white house, which shows up the mold really easily, but I could not believe that within 12 months all of the caulking, even the plastic on the windows would be covered in this light gray mold. Enter Shane and his amazing service. He was punctual, courteous, (really nice guy)… and was able to clean everything up within an hour. We also have an organic garden in the backyard and chickens and dogs… so he made sure that any chemicals were sprayed well away from anything that could be harmed. This company far exceeded my expectations, my house looks brilliant white again, (which it really shouldn’t do in the middle of this Floridian swamp), and it saved me a whole day trying to do a DIY

Classic Touch has done wonderful work for me. They gave me a great price and I had them do a Fourplex in Santa Rosa Beach. He did such an amazing job I had him do a 15 unit townhome complex in Niceville. He showed up when he said and did the job promised. I will use Classic Touch for all my powerwashing needs.
