During the recent icestorm, our outdoor hvac unit was damaged beyond repair. Claud quickly responded and worked directly with the manufacturer to provide a replacement unit that was covered under warranty. They were able to have the replacement unit fully installed within a couple days, which was a huge help for our family. The technicians were friendly and professional, and we are thankful they acted as quickly as they did!

Called at 6:30, their tech, Tomias, was on the scene by 7:30. He was respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. He double-checked all the systems before he left to ensure that they were working properly. I've worked with this company before and have always had top flight service.

Came out and installed 2 thermostats. Very friendly and easy to work with. Was able to get a tech out very fast! Gave a very reasonable quote over the phone to get the job done for us!

Don’t call this company especially if you’re a female. What was supposed to be a $90 service call turned into $325 for under 30 minutes to check my air compressor. I wasn’t informed by the tech of the added charge until he was ready to leave. He didn’t do any repairs or replacement of any parts just attached the gage to check the compressor. He also informed me if I used a bank or credit card he would add another $14 to the charge. I was shocked to say the least. I tried calling the company all day on Monday and finally late that afternoon Mr James called being totally unprofessional and telling me what it cost to run his company basically so the customer get over charge far beyond what is fair and reasonable in the market for a basic service call, also I had to ask for the quote on replac

They installed the AC for my house when it was first built, so they were the primary point of contact for warranty issues. It has been 4 years now, and I have had to call them more than once per year. I had to call them less than a year ago and shell out a bunch of money for an issue that had a parts warranty but not a labor warranty. Now YET AGAIN, my house is almost 80 degrees (it was 78 degrees earlier, but it just went down to 76, not due to the AC), and the AC isn't turning on. Avoid this company at all costs.
