I had a literal DISASTER of an apartment. A combo of it having been given to me with the ex tenants stuff still inside and extremely dirty bathroom and kitchen (which i avoided being in as much as possible) combined with me having severe medical issues and not being able to do anything for the last 2 months and having my BF who cleaned everything pass away leading to a severe depressive state was the perfect storm. I hired Claudia’s Cleaning Service Inc. for a deep cleaning service, but unfortunately, the quality was disappointing. Not only did they fail to clean the wall as agreed upon at booking, but the overall cleaning was far from a deep clean—it was rushed and incomplete. When I reached out about the issue, they initially did not deny the agreed-upon services but refused to adjust the charge. To be fair, I offered a partial payment for the subpar work that was actually done, but instead of working with me, they changed their story, now claiming they "don’t clean walls" at all—despite accepting my booking for that exact service.
