John Clausen installed a heating unit under out home 12 years ago.. we have hired a licensed Rowland Air to reoace it..John did not vent our heater..He made it looked like it was vented..the entire time it was venting under our home..he could have killed our entire family..He should be in jail..DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY…
Mr Clausen told me he was going to provide a service and then changed his mind without notifying me.
