Great views of the city. if you're there for less than an hour, it costs nothing to get some gorgeous views of the city.

Super expensive, but what are you going to do in Central West End. It is very safe, however.

Crowded spaces. No parking enforcement (people frequently park over lines). Floors aren't labeled by the stairs (someone had to draw the numbers on the wall in marker).
