After moving into a new home where the HVAC system looked like it had never been cleaned, I did my due diligence and got three on-site estimates. My criteria were simple: support a local business and find someone with excellent reviews. My first experience with another highly-rated company was a disaster—they were three hours late and completely unprofessional. Thankfully, I found Clean Air Experts through Thumbtack. The owner, Itzik, came out personally for a free inspection and consultation. His expertise immediately earned my trust. Itzik was very polite, professional and straightforward in his assessments. He's done a couple rounds of service at my place - a full HVAC cleaning, attic fan installation, and attic insulation installation. His rates were great (at least on the cleaning and fans - I didn't cross-check insulation costs), and he was great to deal with.

Work was done very efficiently. Each step of the process the guys doing the work went out of their way to show me what they were doing. I appreciated the courteous thought to keeping our residence clean while and after they worked.

Hired Isaac and crew to clear out mold in the vents, followed by sanitation and installation of UV light air scrubber. They did an excellent job getting things done in the promised time frame and budget.
