Mark was the most condescending “professional” I have had come to my home. The way he spoke with me for an estimate was appalling. His quote was for over $10k and required my family and I to be out of the house 3-5 days. (We do not have local family so this would be near impossible for my family if 5). This estimate surprised us and our realtor. We got two more estimates which were both around $2000 for the exact same work. The other two quotes would only take a day to complete with us in the house if we want. They would secure the area so no contamination would come to the lower levels. I am not sure how he is in business if he operates this unethical. I would not recommend this company or trust them to do any business for us or friends.

Excellent, professional, friendly service. Arrived same day that I called and followed up a couple days later for my complete satisfaction. Cleaned a rusty plant stain from our carpet that I thought had no hope of being removed. Maybe a little pricey but worth every penny.

Clean and fresh family does a good job unfortunately they were swamped only called them didn’t show up for almost 3 days by that time house smell like dead bodies. He left a 12‘ x 16‘ section undone like the water flooded in the basement and stopped in a perfect line. Then didn’t come back for five more days send somebody else on a Sunday night to pick up the equipment had to call another company the following week

The company has cleaned our carpets quite a few times. Excellent workmanship and polite professional workers. Will recommend to any one asking.

I can not say enough about Clean and Fresh Restoration Inc,A few months back i called them I dropped a couple drops of hair dye on my floor,He came out the next day he was like magic removed the stain.I just had them clean my whole condo's carpeting,and it looks like I have new carpet,Thank You
