**BEWARE** of using this company. RUN AWAY!! Benny did fine work for awhile, but he must have hit a point where he has zero money, which is evident with two other recent reviews. He invoiced us, said he did the work, and deposited our checks ($2400) without ever showing up on the property to do the work. That's like an employee who never shows up to work, but asks his buddy to clock in and out for him so he can collect a paycheck. How can Benny sleep at night?

Unfortunately we may have learned the hard way if everybody already knows they’re bad business… On May 19 Benny Gray with Clean Cutz was cutting our grass in the backyard. While cutting he hit a pebble that hit our patio sliding glass door and shattered it. We immediately brought this to his attention as we were sitting in the living room and heard/saw it happen. Benny agreed to fix this acknowledging his mistake. Although during the whole interaction he kept mentioning how basically he didn’t have the money and how this would be a huge inconvenience. (Red flag) He did have convenient glass come out to measure and once they quoted him the price of $650 for the replacement & installation he has been avoiding them and us ever since.
