Clean Residential Services, Inc. has been cleaning my home for a couple of months now. They do excellent work with great attention to detail. My bathrooms and kitchen are spotless when they are finished. Even the microwave is clear of fingerprints. You do not need to be present because the cleaners are trustworthy. You do not have to worry about your valuables. If you need a single deep cleaning or regular weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning, Clean Residential Services, Inc. is the company for you.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Paid for a 4 hour cleaning. Cameras show “cleaner” leaving in 1. Many places untouched. Pictures sent. So called OPS manager offers nothing to make the situation right. Gave every opportunity to fix the issue. Don’t waste your money.

Latest update - Still the best out there! I've never had to ask them to come back. They are cleaning machines and so friendly too! Last update-Three cleaner team today. Fast and efficient. The house shines! Previous Update - Someone new came today. First time at my house. Still exceeds my expectations! If you live in Northeast Tennessee tri-cities area, you should definitely check them out! Last update- Still stellar service! All of their cleaners are thorough and leave the house sparkling. I highly recommend them. Update 1 year- Same excellent service as day 1! Update 9 months - Service remains stellar! 6 months- Still excellent service no matter who the cleaners are. This company is full of excuses and needs to retrain their staff. If you make the mistake of hiring them be sure to double check their work within 24 hours (even if you don’t live in the area) or they will not make it right. Learn from my mistakes! If I could leave a negative amount of stars I would. The lack of professionalism from this company astounds me. I do NOT recommend!!!

I can't say enough good things about Clean Residential Services. My house is always spotless after they leave and they always go above and beyond. This is an amazing company and everyone who works there cares about doing a exceptional job. 6/3/2025 - I just had to come back and continue my praises for this wonderful company and to Nelda who has taken care of my home several. I know the minute that I walk in the door if Nelda has been there because she always takes care of the tiniest of details; she folds the toilet paper in those fancy little points like I see i very nice hotels. She is definitely the best and I can't sing her praises enough.
