Clean Sweep Home Services

Are you supposed to do the deep clean and I called him and the house is like empty and supposed to do the deep clean. He charge me $300 and want to look at the house look it’s just base touch is not a deep clean and when I called him, he said he will send somebody and it been three weeks. Nobody show upAnd I wanna tell him refund me the money he never reply to me back it’s the worst service ever I will never call him again.

The staff are punctual and responsive. I receive cleaning services every two weeks and receive a text 1-2 days in advance to confirm. I am notified when cleaning is done as well. I have used several cleaning services in the past and I have received the highest quality with this current service.
