So my experience was awesome! Loved it. But with most of all companies they begin to grow too big and stop to care for the employees. While I was there the communication between day porters and head office needs better work. There have been countless of people from Mackenzie at dart container to even Gary on the construction crew who feel undervalued after performing and being there for years. Gary has been with the company for almost 20 years and he stated he never really talk to the ceo or anyone else in the office after giving almost 20 years to a company and helping them grow I would’ve expected someone to appreciate him a little more. They did an amazing job on our office carpets and the apartment carpets above the office. The carpet had such high volume damage before they came and afterwards it looked almost new. Thanks CleanTeam USA! Debby and Josh H were amazing people to work with.

We have spider webs in our office that we have requested be taken care of 5 or 6 times to a supervisor that comes in to check on the place every so often. She says she's directly told the cleaning crew to take care of this but they have yet to do so. At her last visit I told her that I don't want to have to find another provider but we are not getting the services we are paying for. The cleaning crew has been in since her last visit and the spider webs are still there. 5 or 6 times! That is ridiculous. We have been patient and polite so I do not know why they are being disobedient even though it would be highly unprofessional to not do their job if we were being aggressive and rude. Regardless, they're not doing their jobs.
