Clean Touch was excellent to work with. Jessica was very responsive with setting up our scheduled date (which I had to move due to weather) and Shelby did a terrific job dealing with some stubborn stains we thought would not come out. Overall very pleased and highly recommend them.

We paid $550 on August 11th to have our carpets cleaned in Salado, after a move out. The end result was so horrible (before looked so much better), that we are now paying to have the carpets replaced.

If I could give more stars ⭐️ I would. I called Clean Touch Carpet Services needing an appointment asap and the owner was able to get David his technician supervisor out to my house quickly. David actually was able to show up 2 hours before my scheduled appointment! He was polite and professional and I will be using this company every 3-6 months.

My father had cancer and was with me and hospice for his last days, but as a result he made many messes, one such was Chocolate mocha Ensure, it was thick and stained. These guys came in and used an anti bacterial solution as well. They did a great job. Got the urine smell out, and the stains are gone. My carpet looks new again. Thank you! Quick and efficient and didn’t make a mess.

First off, I just want to say that these men are some of the nicest people ever. Jimmy, the owner was so kind as I placed my order as well as David, the cleaner. Very respectful people who got the job done well. I’m so happy that I can walk in my carpets and feel like they are clean. I just bought my home and the previous owner did not clean well so I called this company and they came right out the next day. Awesome work! And now I feel great about moving my furniture in. Thank you Jimmy and David. I love your work. Be blessed! Sorry, should have took a before picture with the stains. The stains are all gone now. Thank you.
