CLEAND LLC

These guys do a great job! They are very efficient and professional, with excellent procedures and communication. We have been very pleased with their work and willingness to accommodate and adapt to our requests with regards to the (usually) weekly cleaning of our rental property.

I was very impressed with the CLEAND crew who came to deep clean my house. They did an excellent job leaving no stone (or cushion) unturned. My house was spotless when they left and I was very appreciative of the hard work they put in. I also appreciated the flexibility exhibited by the company spokesperson when it came to scheduling the visit. They are now my new cleaning company.

Cleand companies employees Maria and the young lady who was with her on my scheduled appointment, were exceptional. They worked with precision and were very detailed.!!! I would definitely recommend them to others. Sorry for not remembering Maria’s colleague name.!!!

Fell through on promises. We shipped the welcome book to Cleand so they could drop off inside unit. It stayed on someone’s desk for weeks and was never dropped off. The main contact was en route on a holiday trip as my first guests were arriving so I had to help them gain entrance. I ended up emailing the guest book so they had information on internet and turning on tv, keys, etc. No apologies and no follow through on there less than stellar customer service so I found someone else to manage the housecleaning sevices and saved $100 per clean.

I just had my home deep cleaned. I have had this done with other services, but no where near as good as Cleand LLC did. I will be using them again. They go above and beyond!
