From the initial call, I had a great conversation with Alexander about a microwave replacement that I needed done in a rental property while I was out of town. He is extremely professional, prompt, and communicates very effectively, so I knew that he could be someone that I could rely on now and in the future. He picked the microwave up from the store, was courteous with the tenants, cleaned up and disposed of the old appliance for a fair price.
