We experienced a serious issue involving tile supplied for our new construction home. After the original installation was damaged during a grout correction process, we were told the tile would be fully replaced. The replacement tile that was ordered was not the same product specified in our contract. It was sourced from a different supplier, carried a different product name, and once installed had noticeably different coloring (more purple/black tones and a different finish). It does not match the tile already installed in the shower floor of the same bathroom (see photo). When we raised concerns about the mismatch and the substitution of product, we did not receive a response. We are now left with a mismatched installation in a brand-new home and will need to correct it at our own expe

It was great working with Linda. She made the process quick and easy. The prices are good as is the variety of flooring to choose from. However, if L R Hardwood is chosen as your installers, ask for new/different installers. They are absolutely horrible. They showed little to no respect to my property. They damaged my property (see pictures) and did the stupidest, most unnecessary things like leaving my shower curtain rod at a 90 angle, leaving soaking towels on clean linen (how did they get wet?), leaving a bowl full of water rest/drip onto my cast iron, leaving nails and screws scattered on the floor, removing a panel off my dishwasher, and leaving small pools of water on the floor when they reinstalled the toilet which they did without every turning the water back on...a bit odd..kinda
