The Cleaners Depot has always been there for me since 2016. They provide excellent customer service and have one of the best teams in the industry. Their truckmount mechanics, Chris Pond and Mike, are some of the best there are. Everyone in the service department is always responsive, helpful, and professional. Michael at the front desk is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help. Adrienne and Penny are also fantastic and are always there to assist with anything that’s needed. Andrew has clearly built a great team and truly understands what real customer service means. There were even two Saturdays in a row when they were closed, and Andrew still helped provide solutions for last-minute jobs we received over the weekend. The team at Cleaners Depot did a FANTASTIC job! I brought my 10 year old Everest 650 in for repairs and it was quickly diagnosed as DEAD. It was determined that I needed a new machine. Cleaners Depot had an 870 in stock and it was on. Seth, Mike, Chris, Andrew, and the entire team made it happen in a day in a half. Quality was NOT sacrificed, in fact the entire team stayed until 9pm on Friday night to finish the install so me and my team could get back to taking a bite out of grime. Cleaners Depot made it all easy - financing, install, communication, all of it. Equipment and product in stock with knowledgable staff who care deeply about what they do. This company is the best in the business. I drove 3-1/2 hours one way to have a new blower installed into our El Diablo. Top notch customer service and the best mechanics in the business. This is the only place that will work on our fleet moving forward. The owner went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of while I waited for the repairs to be finished. He even offered to take me any where I needed to go while I waited. I planned on it taking 6-8 hours to complete. They got it done in 4. Kept me informed during the entire process. Also they have a customer lounge with drinks and snacks and very comfortable leather couches. I may have also taken a small nap while waiting. 🤣 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
