Hired Cleaning Cents to clean my father’s house while he was having heart surgery. They worked with us to accommodate his schedule. Communicated before days before, then texted arrival times. He came home to a very clean house allowing him to rest. From my family to yours, THANK YOU!!!!

We have been using Kim and her staff for nearly 6 years on multiple jobs and also in our home. I am the owner of CJC Services and we clean out various types of properties. Extremely professional. I called three cleaners for commercial cleaning. This was the last one I called but the first to call me back. Very quickly scheduled a visit to walk through and they came out on time. Other companies either didn’t call back or didn’t show up for their appointment. We were very impressed with their professionalism. Received our itemized price quote the same afternoon. We haven’t used their service yet but I will update my review when we do.

Cleaning was okay however didn’t complete all aspects of a move out clean; refrigerator, cabinets, or door frames. Had someone home in case items needed to be moved and was told they couldn’t clean them. They also broke a set of mini blinds. Attempted to reschedule multiple times for the missed items but was not accommodated. Was contacted much later AFTER I completed the items myself and sold the home. Then threatened with collections on last half of balance as I’m in the process of buying a new home. Also, one worker randomly came back to our home after hours to ask if we needed our grass cut…while my husband was outside cutting it already, it was very odd.
