We love PHA. Purchased our new unit almost two years ago now from them and it’s been the best experience from the start. From the sales team, the office team, to the maintenance techs. Always so polite, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Never late and great service every time. We renewed our maintenance contract with them again this year because it’s so worth it for the peace of mind. 💯 recommend them to anyone needing a new unit or just maintenance.

Your Technician Andrew is the best. I had a second career as a Manager at Bell Atlantic then Verizon. I understand exactly what Customer Service should look like. This guy should be the face of your company. From the text ahead to the greeting to the wrap up, he was top notch. An excellent communicator and left me feeling confident in the care he gave. After calling your company before and getting a service call for extreme leaking under our brand new system, we were told by previous reps that it was just condensation. When I took Andrew down to show him around for this routine check, we found a pool of water below the system. Andrew took it apart and discovered that the drain was bot big enough to accommodate the amount of moisture that was coming out. He installed a proper drain

I woke up with no heat early this morning. With a heavy sigh, I picked up the phone to request repair. I assumed that the next few days would be a frozen nightmare. Thank goodness for PHA! Amazingly, Technician James arrived within a just few hours and had the system heating in no time. James was very knowledgeable and polite. I generally do not do reviews but service by PHA was so exceptional I am doing this one. Have 13 year old whole house generator that was blowing fuses. Routine maintenance could not identify problem so PHA sent technician who correctly identified a failing circuit bd. They ordered part and then an expert installer fixed. All in space of two weeks including delivery of part. Truly exceptional service.
