Cleaning Genies

We have been very happy with Cleaning Genies. They have been cleaning for us for years and the service continues to get better and better. Nadia is always available to speak to us when we have last minute changes. Very good communication. It’s an Airbnb so they’re responsible for getting it guest ready. They’re always on time and do a great job. We can highly recommend them.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I hired them to deep clean an empty apartment. They came out for 4 hours and it was still dirty. I sent pictures back in which they said the apartment was "clearly not up to their standards" and they would "definitely have to come back and fix it." I was told "don't worry about the invoice we sent, we'll send a new one after you're 100% satisfied and we'll add a discount for the inconvenience." Well, the team came back and spent 2 hours cleaning. I wouldn't say I'm over the moon with the results but it was good enough. To my surprise, I received an invoice for 7 total hours of cleaning at a 25% discount. So, not only did they acknowledge that the original team did not do a sufficient job, but they charged me to fix it AND charged me an extra hour. Absolutely appalling.

This is third time I’ve hired Cleaning Genies Groton office. As usual, the house is sparkling! I hired the Cleaning Genies for deep cleaning and the cleaners go above and beyond. Hard working, personable staff. Office staff have great communication and reminders! Thank you again!
