Cleaning Hood Service Inc

Woke up to this company outside my window at 4am on a weekday (violating local noise ordinance) pressure washing hoods in the parking lot for a restaurant. It went on for hours.

Do no use this company, Suppose to clean 12 hoods, instead they cleaned 6 of them. The remaining they can't get to because it was not able to access due to wires in their way, which is understandable. They did not want to refund the 6 hoods that wasn't clean, instead they want to charge me extra 850 to come out to clean again.. This company is full of scams.

Do not use this company for hood cleaning service. I would give it zero star if I could. One of the exhaust systems at our restaurant just got clogged heavy grease gunk and blew the whole vent during our operation hours. It was horrible. We now need to install a new exhaust vent. Our last most recent service by this company was in 12/2023 and 4/2024, about to due for another cleaning. We've just found out today in a hard way that they've only cleaned the inside kitchen hood, never cleaned anything above in the exhaust vents on the roof, which is causing many problems now and possible fire hazards. It is going to cause us thousands of dollars to replace the vent and get our other vents serviced. Use them at your own risk!
