Great experience with CRBR. Had a multi part job involving a clean up, hardwood floor removal, and replacement. Amy took care of a messy clean up like a pro. Trevors handling of estimates and insurance claims was a life saver. Bob and his team did a beautiful job removing, ordering, and replacing flooring. Paige in the office was so helpful with figuring out invoices and insurance payments. Every person I dealt with was kind, efficient, and professional. Thank you!

Had a major water pipe burst Between my Kitchen and Front room of my house. CRBR was out quickly for the initial mitigation which was greatly appreciated. Total cost of mitigation and rebuild was in the $50k range. CRBR was helpful in advising on materials for rebuild process. The job timeline was initially estimated at 1.5 months, but due to some severe delays(partly insurance/partly CRBR) ended up taking 4 month during which time I had no kitchen or front bedroom. Additionally my job requires me to be at work multiple days at a time and my cat was let out/locked out by a worker and missing for the next week and a half. Then due to someone calling in sick 1 day, the final part of the job was delayed 15 days. Overall, decent communication, but greatly underestimated timeline for completion

We used CRBR to remodel one of our business offices. They did a fantastic job and completed the work on time. The contractors were professional and friendly. We will definitely use this company again in the future.

I've had such a great experience with CRBR. Carpet removal and follow up clean up went very smoothly. I've received friendly and helpful customer service from start to finish - initial phone call, estimate, work, and in between phone contact too. Matt and Roberto did a nice job removing the carpets, tack strips, nails and clean up and were able to provide useful input. And Rick and Jill have also been extremely helpful during this process. I will definitely use CRBR services again if/when needed. Thank you!
