When a pipe burst in my kitchen, clean works was quick to deploy mitigation equipment and stop the damage. The owner of the company personally was involved in helping me hold the insurance company accountable for repair costs, which was amazing. Their rebuild crew also did fine work with giving us a brand new kitchen. Enthusiastically recommended!

Kevin and his team are hands down the best around. Justin was our PM for the mitigation and he was awesome. They were prompt and deadlines were met with accuracy. They quickly installed the equipment to dry up what they could after our dishwasher hose burst. Everyone was very organized, kept the workspace clean, and took precautions with neighboring areas of the house that weren’t damaged. Everyone was super friendly, accommodating and really just all a pleasure to deal with, which speaks volumes given the crappy situation we were in with half our house being destroyed by water. We used Cleanworks when our septic backed up into our basement in May 2023. From meeting with our insurance adjuster to moving all of our belongings back in when the project was complete; Cleanworks was there for us every step of the way. The communication was amazing - everyone that we worked closely with (Brendan, Gene, Kevin) was only a text or phone call away and I never had to wait for a response. The final results speak for themselves and we are so beyond happy with this space and all of the high quality work that went into cleaning, reconstruction, and making this space our own again.

Kevin and his team were great! They removed our cabinets and did water clean up. I'm confident we won't have anymore issues! They directed us to all the right people for our counter tops (Compass Stone and Tile, Cranston) and cabinets (New England Custom Kitchen cabinets, North Kingstown).
