Clear Choice was able to respond quickly to my issue with my main drain line. I had some wonderfully efficient and knowledgeable help from Israel. They were able to help my out with clearing the backed up in an extremely timely manner, while also offering helpful explanations throughout his visit.

I often dread having to make a phone call to organize services etc. This was not the case with Clear Choice Drain Solutions. Everything was easy! It was a pleasure speaking to Janette over the phone and text. I had same day service to have a garbage disposal inspected. Reynaldo showed up promptly and was very professional and honest. We had good conversation while he worked and he was also very good with my young kids. He managed to get our sink to drain but recommended a new disposal due to its age. Asked for a camera inspection of the pipeline from the septic tank to the streets, the technician found out they weren’t able to do it which I understand. But they charged me $369 for a moving a 5 inch copper pipe forward 2 inches which I was able to do myself and said it fixed the clog. There wasn’t a clog to begin with because we don’t even throw toilet paper down the toilet. And this was the pipe connected to my house not the streets and I did not ask it to be fixed because I knew I was able to do it myself. The customer service people were so rude as well. Sure I might be taking a little longer because I have to translate to my family but that doesn’t mean you can discriminate by hanging up on me.

Clear choice solutions is top notch. Josh, the master plumber is every meaning of the word master. They provide great customer service and get the job done right. Roberto is fantastic and I can’t say enough about Javier. Great company and I would not trust anyone else to do plumbing work. From trench-less pipe lining to clearing clogged drains.
