Bob Maceda replaced 11 windows and a patio door in 2011. We were very happy with everything for years and then we noticed that the wrapping started peeling which was very unsightly. Then we noticed a couple of our windows had broken seals and were foggy. My husband contacted Bob and he told him that company that made the windows had gone out of business and that the Lifetime Warranty was no longer valid yet we noticed that he was still in business selling clear choice windows with a Lifetime Warranty even though he is not honoring his previous warranties. I had the same experience as another review I saw here. We were initially happy with the installation and the windows. We have a certificate showing the Clear Choice's All Inclusive Lifetime Warranty, transferrable even. Then within a few years, we have had 11 windows fail because of bad seals. So far and they have refused to honor the warranty. I will update if anything changes.

We bought replacement windows for our entire house from Bob about 5 years ago and the springs are broken on 6 + of them and will barely open. Called many times over the past 6 months but Clear Choices' voicemail is not set up and won't allow messages to be left. I found another phone number Bob used when we had the windows installed and have left many messages, but have not received any returned calls. I have a funny feeling we were scammed on the lifetime warranty on the windows as well. If I'm wrong I'll gladly remove this review. I'm not even confident he's still in business or not.

Bob Maceda presented the windows to us and we were very impressed with him and we felt he would always take care of us. Installation went great, the windows looked and worked great for 8 years or so. Then the windows exposed to the sun all started peeling and one of the windows the seal broke. I emailed Bob about my issues with these lifetime warranty windows and I got no response. I called him a couple of times and finally he called me back. He explained that the windows were no longer under warranty because the window manufacturer went out of business. He said the windows could be painted, which we ended up doing. He said he would replace the window with the broken seal and only charge me for the labor. He said that he would get back in touch with me soon. Weeks went by with not

We love our beautiful new windows! From the beginning of the project to the end the process was seamless. We met with Bob, the owner, and were thoroughly educated on what type of windows would be best for our home and budget. We decided to go with triple pane double hung windows. We are thrilled with the look of the window, as well as the reduction of outside noise and the savings on our energy bill. I highly recommend Clear Choice Windows to anyone in the market for high quality yet affordable replacement windows.
