When you experience an unfortunate situation requiring a restoration company, you certainly expect a job well done. Clear Coast was needed to repair extensive damage caused from shotty work from another restoration company, thankfully no longer in business. To make matters worse this was detected from an inspection after my condo was sold. From the first person I met, who actually was the Regional Manager, I had nothing but complete confidence with this company. That actually even improved by meeting the supervisor, who continually kept me abreast of their daily work while I lived miles away from that location. Clear Coast came out immediately when water damage was found in my bathroom. Great guys to work with! Regular contact regarding the repairs and restoration and helped with my insurance claim. I couldn't be happier with how my bathroom turned out and would hire Clear Coast again.

These guys are phenomenal! Disaster struck with a water leak I found at 0530 on a Saturday morning. I “cold called” for help and was fortunate enough to get Clear Coast. Clear Coast owes me money which they don't deny. But still after months of contacting them they just say they will look into it and then I never hear from them. Because it is only $86.+ they know it's too small an amount to hassle with small claims so they are hoping I will just go away. They owe me money because they sent me a wrong amount which I paid and then when the insurance company sent me an accounting it was clear, I had over paid them. Really that wasn't all, because they had sent me another invoice that was for over a $1000. I'm glad I didn't pay that as it was also $1000's more than the insurance agreed to. If I had it to do over I wouldn't pay them a dime until the insurance company settled with the correct amount.
