Ross and his crew were referred to me after a kitchen drain pipe repair had to involve removal and replacement of two large rooms of tile floors in my 250+ year old farm house. We added some additional work due to the “forced renovations ” and Ross and his crew were with us from beginning to end. With an old house you never know what you are going to find during a renovation and boy did we find!! Ross and crew were able to creatively come up with affordable and attractive solutions to some of the crazy things that popped up due to the age and style of my stone house. We used Ross and his company last summer and everything went great. Unfortunately his services have gone completely downhill. We paid him for closet shelving inserts to be installed back in January and he never installed and will not give us the parts he claims to have. Keeps making excuses and does not show up when he says. Sadly I cannot recommend using this company going forward.

Ross was recommended by my in-laws for our bathroom remodel after they were satisfied with the work he did for them. About the time we hired him in Fall 2024, seems his personal life was unraveling. He lost all of his workers. He stopped showing up and kept making excuses. We gave him a second deposit in good faith before he totally fell apart. We finally had to cut ties with him after paying around 6k for a bathroom that was not nearly finished and had to be totally redone by another contractor. At the same time, he was scamming my in-laws as well. Essentially stole money from them for cabinets he never ordered amongst other issues. He may have done decent work at one time when he was paying his workers but would now avoid at all costs.

Ross is unprofessional and did poor quality work. Always late or not showing up and I needed to have a second contractor come in to fix the mistakes that he and his team left in their attempt at remodeling my bathroom. Would never recommend

If you want you project done right, these are your guys. The work they do is quality, and the price is very reasonable. Very friendly and professional.
