We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling that originated in the balcony above. We called a local company that only put a tarp on the balcony and then we never heard from them again. Had a leak in my roof, called several places that had no answers. Was finally referred to Clear Cut, Melvin came out, identified the problem quickly, scheduled the repair for a short time later, and did a great job. Its been almost a year and the leak is gone. Anthony was incredible! He came HIGHLY recommended in a facebook group that I follow and I'm glad that I went with him! We were having issues with our house insurance threatening to drop us if we didn't remove the Lichen from our roof! He was quick to respond, removed the Lichen and debris from the gutters, our roof looks (almost) new and so clean and pretty :) AND we were able to get the insurance company off our backs!
